At Visacrave, we are committed to providing transparent and efficient visa assistance services. Our Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted. Please read the following terms carefully before availing of our services

1. General Refund Policy

  •  Fees paid for visa consultation and processing services are non-refundable once the application process has commenced.
  • Visa fees charged by embassies/consulates are subject to their respective refund policies and are beyond our control.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Service Non-Delivery: If Visacrave is unable to initiate the visa application due to unforeseen circumstances on our end.
  • Duplicate Payment: If a client is charged twice for the same service due to a technical issue.
  • Cancellation Before Processing: If the client requests cancellation before the visa application is submitted to the embassy, a partial refund may be granted after deducting administrative fees.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

No refunds will be provided in the following cases:

  • Visa Rejection: Visa approvals are solely at the discretion of embassies/consulates, and Visacrave is not responsible for denials.
  • Incomplete or False Information: If an application is rejected due to incorrect or fraudulent documentation.
  • Change of Travel Plans: Refunds are not applicable if a client decides to cancel their trip after the application has been processed.
  • Delays Beyond Our Control: Processing delays caused by embassies, government agencies, or unforeseen external factors.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team here.

Refund requests must include the following details:

  • Full Name
  • Payment Proof (Receipt/Transaction ID)
  • Reason for Refund Request

Our team will review the request and respond within 7-10 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 10-15 business days.

5. Policy Updates

Visacrave reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be updated on our website and communicated as necessary.
